But before I get into the roles, I wanted to share something quick with you all this weekend.
I've been thinking a lot lately about the concept of "enough."
Not in a philosophical, sitting-on-a-mountaintop kind of way — but in a very real, very practical way that affects every single one of us in this industry.
You know the conversation. The one that happens inside your head when you've had a long week...when the pipeline tick-boxes have piled up, when you've spent more time on admin than on actual client conversations, when you look at your earning potential and realise you're bumping against a ceiling that wasn't really built by or FOR you.
