The position is client-facing and performance-driven, with a strong focus on relationship building, business development, and achieving agreed targets. Prior experience in sales or a strong interest in developing sales skills within financial services would be beneficial. Applicants should be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment and motivated by client engagement and growth opportunities.
