The Opportunity
Advisers joining the firm will work closely with British and international expatriates living in France, helping them structure their finances in a tax-efficient and compliant manner.
The role involves providing holistic advice across key areas of wealth management including:

Cross-border financial planning

Retirement and pension structuring

Investment portfolio management

Estate and succession planning

Tax-efficient wealth strategies under French residency rules
Clients typically require guidance around the interaction between UK and French tax systems, pension rules and inheritance legislation, making specialist advice essential.
Advisers are supported by an experienced international team with deep expertise in expatriate financial planning and global wealth structuring.
Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored financial advice to expatriate and internationally mobile clients

Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive financial planning

Deliver advice across investment planning, retirement strategies and tax-efficient structures

Assist clients in navigating UK–France cross-border financial regulations

Conduct portfolio reviews and ongoing wealth planning consultations

Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking and professional partnerships

Candidate Profile
Our client is interested in speaking with advisers who:

Have experience in wealth management, financial planning or private banking
-
Possess relevant qualifications such as CISI, CII or equivalent
-
Have experience advising expatriate or internationally mobile clients

Understand cross-border financial planning and tax considerations
-
Demonstrate strong client relationship and business development skills
-
Are comfortable working in a consultative, long-term advisory environment
French language skills are beneficial but not always essential depending on the client base.
