Business Development Manager Dubai – Financial Services
We are seeking a highly motivated, commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager (BDM) or Associate-level professional to join a boutique, high-margin wealth advisory practice in the UAE focused on premium client acquisition and structured wealth solutions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- You just be already based in Dubai with a good local network you can plug in to.
- Experience Level: Mid-career professional (not overly seasoned or “mature”) — ideally with 3–7 years in financial services, preferably in advisory, wealth management, or client-facing roles.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, open to mentorship, and ready to grow into a senior advisory role.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills — capable of sitting across from clients, building trust, and closing complex deals.
- Professionalism: Polished, articulate, and client-ready — able to represent the firm at the highest level.
- Network: Bonus if you bring your own professional network to help expand the client base.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Shadow and eventually co-lead client acquisition and relationship management under direct mentorship.
- Take ownership of assigned client portfolios as you progress.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities.
- Contribute to the growth of a premium, fee-based advisory practice — not transactional or product-driven.
