Hi everyone, Just a quick AUM & business for sale notification for those always on the prowl for some AUM?

A contact of mine has a client in Singapore looking to sell:

Firm is MAS authorised with $70ml currently AUM
I believe they've been in the industry for about 25 years if I recall correctly
The small firm has 2 active advisors and 2 owners. One owner would leave within a year, the other could stay on for another 5 years potentially.
They're a fee based business, good and clean
Looking for 4 x annual fund base renewals
